Course Overview

This bundle of training and coaching is designed to start out teams in either Kanban or Scrum. It is essentially our Implementing Lean-Agile For Your Team Course or Implementing Scrum For Your Team Course (depending upon what method you want) integrated with 2 days of coaching. Follow up coaching at the end/beginning of the next few sprints is also suggested.

Course Objectives: 

A combination of training and coaching designed get a team up and running with either Kanban or Scrum. The additional coaching provided enables the team(s) to define and build their Kanban/Scrum boards by the end of the course.
